Returns & Exchanges

At Everly Moissanite, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on eligible items.

Returns & Refunds

Jewelry Items
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you may do so within the return period. Return shipping costs may apply.

Customers are responsible for sending the item back in order to process a refund.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or would like a different variation, we’re happy to assist with an exchange.

The item must be returned in unused, original condition. Shipping costs for exchanges may be the responsibility of the customer.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

As many of our pieces are made to order, cancellation requests depend on the order status.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order is already in production or has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number along with a brief explanation of your request.

For damaged or incorrect items, kindly provide clear photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Our team will guide you through the process and provide all necessary instructions.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
